1. Data we collect
- Order data: website URL, business type, target market, selected competitors and report language.
- Email: collected during checkout and used to deliver the report and communicate about the order.
- Payment data: processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Clariola does not see or store card numbers.
2. How we use data
- Generate and deliver the purchased audit.
- Recover or redeliver an order if processing fails.
- Respond to support requests.
We do not sell personal data or share it for third-party advertising.
3. Service providers
- Paddle — payments and invoicing
- OpenAI — AI-assisted analysis
- Google PageSpeed Insights — website performance data
- Resend — report email delivery
- Supabase — order state and private report storage
- Vercel — application infrastructure
4. Audited website data
We access public content only, such as pages, metadata and sitemaps. We do not enter private areas or store a complete copy of the website.
5. Retention and deletion
Order records and report artifacts are retained for support and redelivery. Request deletion at [email protected].
6. Cookies
Clariola does not use first-party advertising cookies. Paddle may use cookies required to process checkout.
