1. The service

Clariola is an automated SEO and AI visibility audit tool. After purchase, you provide a public website, business category and target market and receive a PDF with prioritized recommendations generated with AI assistance.

2. Payment processing

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as Clariola's Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment, invoicing and applicable sales taxes. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms.

3. Nature of the report

• The report is generated automatically from public website data and AI-assisted analysis. It is not personalized professional consulting.
• Keyword opportunities are suggestions based on the website, niche and market. They do not include measured search volume from a paid SEO platform.
• Implementing recommendations does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads or sales.

4. Acceptable use

You may only audit websites you own or are authorized to analyze. Clariola may not be used for unlawful activity or unauthorized access.

5. Delivery

The report is sent to the checkout email, usually within 30 minutes. If it does not arrive, contact support so we can redeliver, reprocess or apply the refund policy.

6. Limitation of liability

Clariola is provided "as is." Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the audit.
